David MacLeod was chair of the MacLeod Review. David has spent the majority of his career leading private sector organisations through major programmes of change and worked at the Cabinet office as Senior Adviser on Change and Performance. He was head of marketing for the Dulux brand, and a divisional CEO with ICI. He has also worked at Towers Perrin as Senior Adviser supporting chief executives in both the public and private sectors to implement change in order to enhance performance.

David now has a portfolio of responsibilities which include being a Non Executive Director of the Department for International Development, Non Executive Director of the Ministry of Justice, Fellow of the Sunningdale Institute, Senior Associate of Towers Perrin and Visiting Professor of the Cass Business School. He is also a fellow of the RSA, Institute of Marketing and Ashridge Business School.

Prior to establishing the business, Doug enjoyed a varied and successful career with BT in sales and marketing, sustainability and change leadership. He was BT Wholesale’s most successful salesman before establishing and leading the sustainability practice for BT Wholesale. He was then appointed as Director of Change Management for BT Global Services in the UK.

Andy has a BSc in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. He is certified in a variety of individual and team assessment tools and is trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques and a member of the Association of Business Psychologist.

Andy has presented at the Executive Grapevine, various HR Leader forums on Succession planning, Talent Management and HR Transformation and contributed articles to such publications as Whitehall and Westminster World.

Kate Davies is Chief Executive of Notting Hill Housing, following a career in local government, the voluntary and private sectors. Notting Hill Housing owns and manages around 26,000 homes, mainly in London. Notting Hill is also a major provider of temporary housing, supported housing, and low cost home ownership. It continues to buy land and develop sites during the current property downturn.

Kate is particularly interested in housing policy and has worked with politicians and government departments on possible future agendas.

She is currently leading a project on improving customer satisfaction at Notting Hill.
